The Humanist Forum has returned to holding meetings at the church, 39 Park St., Bordentown, N.J., following a long break due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For more information, contact Roger Long at rololong@optimumonline.net.
Here is how he defines the group: “We are an informal group of concerned individuals who are disturbed by the damage well-meaning Christians do when their beliefs trump the democratic process, women’s rights, science and global warming, and, oh, so much more. We have particular topics for each meeting, but rarely stick to them, which is okay. The important thing is it gives us a chance to air our thoughts and opinions on a wide variety of contemporary issues and concerns.”
