Unitarian Universalism is a faith that deeply considers the words that define it. To that end, the Unitarian Universalist Association is considering changes to the seven principles and some UUs believe an Eighth Principle should be added. At DDUUC, John DeMasi, Mike Skelly and Mary Watterson are creating a Sunday Service on this topic slated for May 7, 2023. The General Assembly is slated to take up this issue at the annual meeting in Pittsburgh from June 21 through 25.
